Put the rent to highest so you get the maximum amount of money every 5 minutes.

You wont start with any money but you can make some by following the story or by doing quests. About the legendary weapons, that's why I was asking for a save editor, maybe with one I can add the weapons to my save. Thanks man, it was of great help, especially with the guild seals. Next you will want to start buying stalls in Brightwall Village and eventually the pub, black smith and pawnbroker etc. There are a few trainers out there, though IDK if any can give you every legendary weapon.
